The ENPM calls for expressions of interest to organize the ENPM 3^rd Conference for 2027. Expressions of interest can be sent by any member of the ENPM. Following the statutes of the ENPM (sect. III) and the decision of the last ENPM General Assembly, the expression of interest must include the following components:

• A commitment to cover travel and accommodation expenses for at least two keynote speakers, as well as facilities costs related to conference organization (e.g., technical support, venue/room rental for the event, costs associated with printing programs, coffee breaks, etc.).
• A description of the proposed venue, demonstrating suitability for hosting a conference with a minimum of 25 participants and equipped with presentation facilities.A recommendation for a Chair of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), who must be an ENPM member.A proposal of possible collaboration with a local music festival and of a topic for the Conference (plausibly, in connection with the festival to foster the collaboration).A proposal of possible dates for the Conference, preferably coincident with the music festival to facilitate collaboration.The nomination of a Local Organising Committee, including at least three names from the host institution that will help in the organization of the conference.
• The proposal should be ideally for a 3-day conference (being the 3^rd day for the ENPM General Assembly).

The deadline for submissions is 27^th December 2025. Notifications to applicants about the decision are expected by 27^th January 2026.
